Uniservices Leadership
Extraordinary Professor Graham Hukins is the CEO of Uniservices. He is a South African academic and healthcare strategist, who has worked internationally, and is recognised for his contributions to strengthening primary healthcare systems, clinical governance, and benefit design within the medical funding sector.
His work spans interdisciplinary collaboration, applied research, and the development of innovative models that integrate medical ethics, legislation, and cost-efficient care delivery. Professor Hukins has played a leading role in initiatives that link academic institutions with healthcare providers to improve outcomes for chronic conditions, promote evidence-based decision-making, and enhance trustee and case-manager capability across health systems.
He continues to contribute to thought leadership, programme design, and strategic advisory work aimed at improving equitable access to quality healthcare.
